I have just released the first in a series of business eBooks I’m writing on cash flow management for small business. It’s targeted mainly at companies with severe cash flow shortages, and offers numerous practical strategies for maintaining good relationships with vendors even when you’re carrying a large past due balance.
The eBook is available exclusively on Amazon for $2.99; Kindle Unlimited subscribers can read it for FREE.
The second volume in the series, Managing Personnel, will be released in February.
Excellent, Lori! Great topic to put your business skills to use and its useful information for small businesses.

I’m impressed, Lori. I didn’t realise that cash flow was an area of expertise. Shows how little I know! Congratulations!

That’s exactly the problem, Norah – it isn’t something they teach you in school, or if they do, they’re focusing on issues like increasing profitability or better matching inflows to outflows. Nobody really tells you what to do when there simply isn’t enough money to go around, and I’m hoping that these books will prove to be useful guides for small businesses.
